On an as-needed basis, Keith Rosenbloom serves as the investment advisor to the "Cruiser Portfolios," which are managed by the firm he co-founded, Cruiser Capital Advisors, LLC. His role in the Cruiser Portfolios began when the company was founded. Mr. Rosenbloom has helped multiple public company boards of directors locate and attract highly qualified board members, increasing shareholder value at those firms, for several years. It is Mr. Rosenbloom's specialty to apply classic value-oriented private equity strategies to both public and privately held unusual situations, which he has done for more than 30 years. To begin with, Mr. Rosenbloom co-founded and managed the CARE Capital Group, an investment firm specializing in hedge funds and alternative investments, as the Portfolio Manager of the CARE Fund and CARE Market Neutral Fund prior to establishing Cruiser Capital Advisors. Formerly, Mr. Rosenbloom served as Director of Merchant Banking at Commonwealth Associates and co-managed Comvest Venture Partners, a private equity fund. His other charity roles include that of board member for Hillel International and Hatzalah, the country's private EMT service. For two family offices, Mr. Rosenbloom serves as a financial counselor on their alternative investing strategies. Yale University awarded Keith its highest honor, the cum laude. M&A, public market investing, private equity, and corporate finance are only some of Mr. Rosenbloom's specialties.
